Indigo Rent A Car

Their cars are not cleaned and maintained properly. Returning car is also an issue since they close at 9 and there is no other way to return the car. Deposit is also an issue. It’s been 45 days they have not refunded my deposit. Every time I call, someone promise that he will check the issues and call back but no one calls back.

This is the worst rent-a-car company I have ever dealt with. They took my money by giving false promises and then refused to provide the car, leaving me stuck at my workplace. Their excuse was a delayed payment—even though everything was cleared on the same day. What made the situation worse was their customer relationship: absolutely terrible. They were arrogant, disrespectful, and full of lies. I’ve been using their car for almost 3 months, and still, they treated me like a criminal—as if I had been avoiding payment for months. Their attitude was insulting and completely unprofessional. If your payment is even slightly delayed, they will abandon you, put you in trouble, and treat you like you don’t matter. I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay far away from this company. Worst experience ever

The Team is kind and their prices are ok BUT unfortunately really unqualified at so many levels. Firtsly when I collected my car: they initially announced a drop of the car at my place around 3pm max but it only happend 3 to 4 hours later after many follow up calls from my side meaning I wasted a large part of my afternoon waiting for them Secondly the way they handled an unjustified fine was (and still is) so bad!!! When I returned the car I had to wait more than 1 hour for someone "skilled" to handle my issue (I received a fine while I paid for my parking and provided to both RTA and Indigo the proof that I paid). The so-called Manager told me I will get back my 1000aed deposit refund but 3 week later Indigo didn t respect their word, charged me the unjustified fine (about 230aed including their 90aed admin fees) AND also want me to pay for the transfer fees of THEIR (not my) bank ....so unprofessional, such a bad experience from A to Z. You can only assess the quality of a service to they way they handle issues. At today's date I m UNFORTUNATELY still waiting from my 1 000 aed deposit refund!!

We had a terrible experience with Indigo Rent-A-Car. Their customer service is pathetic, and the entire process was a nightmare. Here’s what happened: We gave 3 days' notice to return the car, but when we arrived on Sunday, they refused to accept it, claiming it was an annual contract. No one informed us about this restriction beforehand. They charged us for an extra day and an early termination fee without proper communication. We had to wait over an hour for their accounts team to prepare the invoice, even though we had notified them in advance. The staff was unprofessional and refused to accept the car back until payment was settled. They even asked for an extra 105 AED to collect the car, which was parked in their own building! The security deposit refund will take 20 days, which feels unnecessarily long compared to how quickly they charge for everything else. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a car rental company. I would never recommend Indigo Rent-A-Car to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and choose a better service.
