Invygo - Car Leasing and Monthly Subscription in UAE & KSA

I’ve never had a worse experience with a rental company in my life. Invygo is a complete scam, and I’m warning everyone to stay away. Here’s exactly what happened: I rented a car through their app, followed every instruction, and drove safely. Then someone hit me while the car was parked. I did the responsible thing: I filed a police report, and the report clearly stated that the damage was caused by a non-party — meaning I wasn’t even involved in the accident! Despite this, Invygo turned around and sent me a damage invoice anyway. They ignored the police report and tried to force me to pay for damage I didn’t cause. On top of that, the contract they claim I signed? Not my name. Not my signature. Not even the same car model I was driving. It’s as if they just made it up to get money from me. To make it worse, their app hides all the important insurance terms behind tiny “Learn More” links in unreadable font sizes. No clear explanation, no transparency — just shady tactics to trick you. Then they tried to charge me 1680 AED for a small scratch. Absolutely ridiculous. This is a textbook scam: unclear contracts, hidden policies, and pushing fake charges on customers hoping they won’t fight back. I’ve submitted a complaint and I will escalate it legally if they don’t drop these bogus fees. Avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth the headache, the stress, or the money. I’ll never use them again and will warn everyone I know.

Horrible experience. Be ready to be charged for car which can be rejected and then wait for a days to get a refund. (My personal experience) Car of my friend was stolen and it was reported immediately, no one ever call back and took any actions. Car of another friend got an accident and was arrested at the police station, which was reported immediately as well, and company was informed to go and release the car at any time. Nobody ever cared and made him pay for 3 month. You will be never able to contact call center as well. Even if you do, their employees don’t know anything. They will promise you to call you back and never will. I’ve been recommending this company for a years, now they are below of level. Extremely disappointed 👎👎👎

Disappointing Experience with Invygo, Hidden Mileage Charges After Leaving the Country At first glance, Invygo's car subscription service appears to be good, the app is user-friendly and the rental process is straightforward. However, the real issues began after I returned the vehicle and left the country. About 10 days after dropping off the vehicle, I received a sudden mileage charge with no prior explanation. Then things got worse: Invygo sent me three different invoices, each with a different amount, and the final one was significantly higher than the previous two. Each time, Invygo blamed the discrepancy on their dealer partner (Quick Lease), claiming it was their mistake. Honestly, how can you trust a company that can’t provide consistent and transparent billing? It feels like Invygo is using its position as a large company to take advantage of individuals who have limited recourse, especially when they're no longer in the country. The mileage claim system seems like a secondary revenue stream, rather than a fair and transparent process. I do not recommend Invygo. Next time, I’ll go with a company outside the Middle East, where customer trust and clarity are treated more seriously, and where the priority isn’t just squeezing more money out after the contract ends. Be very cautious.
