Javo is the absolute very very very best at what he does. I had bought an IWC pilot in 2022 from him. All these years later, I went back to have a look at another watch. Although I didn’t get another one this time, I value this guy for his authenticity, integrity and absolute, unbiased advice. Javo - I appreciate you brother and believe you should be managing the store. You are fantastic. Keep rocking always

The IWC store in the Dubai Mall is excellent! Impressive design and they have a large stock of watches. Natalia is so great, she’s very knowledgeable about the watches and IWC’s history. There is a cafe inside and a lounge area in the back.

In comparison with the experience I had at Riyadh Boutiqe, this is so bad. You don’t feel welcomed at all. I put 2 stars for the sick of great watches IWC are making.
