I scheduled an appointment in advance and coordinated the time with Jamil directly. He canceled the night before due to an emergency, which was understandable, so we rescheduled. He was aware of my busy schedule and the importance of completing the job on time. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, after waiting for about an hour, he called the receptionist to say he wouldn’t be coming despite telling me half an hour earlier that he was on his way. He could have informed me directly, as he had my contact information. This experience was highly unprofessional and irresponsible.

I’ve been using Jamil’s salon since 2005 . I am very selective when it comes to beauty I always recommend him to my friends and family. I reside in UK now and still travel to dubai to get my hair done by him. #magictouch Special thanks to Steve 😊

All are professional with exceptional skills and deals well with the customers. They consider requests and suggestions given by clients. However, they also recommend better options in a way the customer will not feel that their ideas are rejected. Will definitely come back for other services! Thank you. 🙏🏻

I have been coming to Jamil since I was 10 when I use to be a resident in Dubai even though I have moved back to NY manu years later I still do not trust anyone with my hair like him. When I come to Dubai the first thing I do is make sure he is town so that he can work his long lasting magic on my hair. He is truly one of a kind
