I scheduled an appointment in advance and coordinated the time with Jamil directly. He canceled the night before due to an emergency, which was understandable, so we rescheduled. He was aware of my busy schedule and the importance of completing the job on time. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, after waiting for about an hour, he called the receptionist to say he wouldn’t be coming despite telling me half an hour earlier that he was on his way. He could have informed me directly, as he had my contact information. This experience was highly unprofessional and irresponsible.
