Great company and very professional. Mohammed Ali was our driver for 6 days in Dubai. We had him 10 hours a day!! He is such a sweet person and a humble soul. He was up for the Task of ladies from the Caribbean islands. He had so much fun with us. He was always on time and also greet us with a smile each day. He was never tired and we felt safe with him. This is my third time visiting Dubai and using connection chauffeur. This time I was with a bigger group and out pick up from the airport was a Mercedes sprinter that seats 16 persons. The driver will always meet you inside soon as you get off the plane with your name on sign, he will take your bags and walk you to your car. The service was just amazing. But our sprinter was beautiful the lights inside the seats the whole ambience was just beautiful we connected to the Bluetooth and enjoyed our ride to our destination. My pickup was in a black suv and the same service was great. Definitely recommend using connection chauffeur.

It was not the first time when I booked transfer for my customers here. We usually use Mercedes S class, V Class or Sprinter - all vehicles which the company provided were excellent, new, clean and with professional drivers. To receive direct driver contact in advance is also very suitable and important. Thank you very much for your professional approach!!!

Prompt, both pick up and return. But honestly two things kind of made the trip less than perfect. 1-the car had over 300,000 KM on the clock and we could feel the judder of the transmission 2- The car had a bad stale smell Also drivers were changed without us being pre advised that this would happen. It did not affect the trip but knowing in advance would have been better
