Hello, I got into a situation where I was not prepared for a business trip and really needed a rental car. I had difficulties with the certification of my international rights in the UAE. Call center girl, God bless you. She listened very patiently herself, and did everything and even more to help me with the documents. And most importantly, I did not take extra payment for it. That's what I call good service. For the conclusion of the transaction, and the act of handing over the car, we were met by two decent men. Who gave good advice and were very patient and polite. They explained how to use toll roads. About the car, the car is clean and well-groomed, and I think it's a very good deal for that kind of money. About the deposit, the money was returned on time, there was a slight delay. But the girl from the call center was polite and always answered. Always kept up to date. The money eventually returned. Very accommodating staff and easy to deal with. Clean car good for family with babies. Excellent condition of car in terms of performance and comfortability. What they offer in their ads is what you get.
