This place is fantastic for kids to have fun. It offers a wide variety of games, and the prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend it. The only feedback which must be considered by the management is that I did not see staff around to make sure kids are safe ! That’s the only negative point which need immediate attention , please check the pictures no any staff is showing there

A nice place for kids to play and have fun. Different option of slide, games, full area are safely proofed. They have indoor restaurant as well. We came on weekend and unfortunately there is less staff to monitor and assist the kids. Slides are not allowed for adult which should be explained and informed before entering (i did the colorful slide and stoped by staff after, and one staff asked me to inform other parent that slide are for kids only- which suppose to be their responsibility) another one side comment about temperature inside is a bit hot specially for the kids running, and playing inside.

I noticed that there are men stationed at the top of the slides to monitor the children. While I understand they may have good intentions, I find it concerning—especially when they touch children on the head or shoulders. This kind of physical interaction, even if meant to be helpful, can be uncomfortable or inappropriate in such a setting. I respectfully suggest considering female staff for these positions, as it may help ensure a more comfortable and reassuring environment for both the children and their parents.

The place is very nice but the only comment that the soft play area is smaller than the other area so I prefer the bigger area for both ages but they will not let them in , I hope that you will look and change this policy

I love this place and super happy with the birthday experience I had today celebrating my son’s 7th birthday. The staff super friendly and accommodating, specially Samjhana who helped me before and during the party. I definitely recommend them and will do my other son’s party there. Thanks to all the staff. Great experience.
