Trustworthy with respect to getting your deposit back in time without any harassment and unnecessary charges.... They were flexible to allott different car models as per requirement and Prices negotiated were worth and inline with market prices...

This Mustafa didn't give my deposit on time as we agreed to transfer the money last July 9. I followed up yesterday July 11 as this was very delayed but instead of apologizing , he was so rude and transfer the money via cheque which need the bank clearing for days. I already informed him that this need to be expedite as I need to close my bank account, instead he delayed all. I am asking Pauline number the owner but he didn't give and make some excuses. Just be careful on this rent a car specially when it comes to return of your deposit. I just found out some reviews related to the issue which really prove me that I'm right
