Very unprofessional. Didn’t call me prior to the delivery to communicate the order with me. They delivered at time which was convenient for them, but not for me, although it was scheduled and confirmed as we had agreed. Ruined something that was meant to be a surprise and never contacted me. and The supplies were handed over to “someone” in the apartment 3 hours prior the confirmed timing. When I called to check for my delivery, she didn’t know the name of the person, neither the order content and on top of that I was accused that its my fault. I will never contact you again or recommend you to anyone. If I could, I wouldn’t have paid half of the price I did!

I hired Pink Pepper Services for a small gathering at my home. They were there on time, the tables and chairs were professionally set up even though I cancelled half of the quantity needed at the last minute, they were extremely flexible. They have the best delivery prices compared to other companies who charge an amount higher than the rental fees itself. Highly recommended.

They have great options, good communication. On time without any hassle of guiding the delivery team to the exact location. Collection was smooth.
