Hi I want to complain to the lady who is handling this no. 971 55 178 9460 regarding Since last week I keep on asking her regarding the quotation but she was full rude answering my calls. she keep on saying wait wait wait. I keep on sending message in WhatsApp she is always online but not bothered to check my message and quires. I'm not sure how this kind of hospitality service. Hired this such behavior's of employee. The customer service is sucks MOSTLY that FILIPINA she’s not fit with that kind of work if she can’t handle the out inquiry. Kindly train your staff to be professional and nice. 👎👎👎👎👎

The sales guy Mohd his name has no fix prices and looks so confused person on his own products he was offering on prices .. no fixed prices .. depends on their mood I assumed, when I went to buy a bubble wrap from them which we regularly need for our furniture store, also he was not polite in talking (take it or leave it attitude), me don’t matter much to go back again to them, I would deal with my existing supplier for the same ..not much difference in quality or price among all the suppliers in Dubai
Dealing with PINNACLE from last couple for years, they are competiive and genuine. Dealing with their Manger - Mustafa Mithaiwala , he is honest and hardworking.
