Was a good experience overall with this company. Brother zeeshan was very respectful and was lovely doing business with him. Slight mishap regarding the car requiring engine coolant which I had to buy but overall service by this company was great. Farook was helpful in bringing the car and taking it upon request. Great experience overall and reliable company.

Wow! All I can say is that Farook went above and beyond for me! We needed a second car to rent for the day to go to Abu Dabhi and he was so accommodating, polite, friendly and prompt! I called him around 9:30am and we had a beautiful and brand new 2025 Audi to drive and were on the road by 10:45am. The car was immaculate and beautiful. Farook detailed how to drive the roads of Dubai and Abu Dhabi to avoid a speeding tickets and any issues. As a female from the USA it was a seamless, smooth and wonderful experience. Thank you!!! Will work with Farook and Prox Car Rental again when in Dubai and recommend to anyone visiting the area!
