Quick Drive Car Rental - Dubai

Run away from this company. 1. They gave me a broken car, which was shaking like a crazy already on 60 km per hour. And my messages about problems have been ignored. I had to go to their office MYSELF from my very far away location by this broken car to solve this issue. All they could offer-is give me temporary car for 2 days and then bring that one, after repair. I rent cars already few times for long periods. But no excuses, no bonuses for the whole day i spent to receive broken old car and that to replace it myself… 2. My deposit still somewhere but not came back to my card. after 1 month i had no money. After contacting to one number-still no money, after 45 days waiting finally they messaged me, that not possible to make refund, because my card is from Khazahstan. To pay for everything-possible, to take a deposit-possible. To make refund-not possible… Before few times they made a refund of deposit. But this time-sorry, but NO. I sent email-full ignoring me. This kind of work with people… please, advise to all, who reading me- find better company. As for me, I will never come back here. When come back to Dubai, my first place will be police. To make a complaint for stolen money

Very good service. Very humble owner. I rented car through Ezhire but they provided support a lot. They change the car without any long discussion and during the rental whenever I requested an issue in the car they send the driver and mechanic to repair or change the car during that fix. It was absolutely hassle free and staff was very nice specially the owner. I was direct in touch with him. I will also invest my car in this rental business whenever I planned investing.

I was visiting Dubai for a week and decided to rent a car from Quick Drive. The process was straightforward, the Captain Simon Azad was professional and friendly, and he explained all the terms clearly. The car was clean and in good condition. I was a bit concerned about the deposit refund, but they returned it within the promised time without any issues. Would definitely recommend them! 👌
