Very helpful and informative staff, Salman is very knowledgeable and transparent. He takes passion in his work and has super patience when dealing with clients and their questions. Friendly service from Asad as well who came to drop the car off. Car was dropped on time as promised. All in all 5 star rating for both gentleman and the company.
They are providing very good vehicles in economical prices, and their services are very impressive, staff of Rapid Rentals are also very cooperate & kind especially Mr. Shaukat Ali. I would like to get their services again. Thanks Teams Rapid Rentals. 🙏
Top service. We have been renting through Mr. Uzair for 4 months now and are always super satisfied. If there are any questions, he answers in a few minutes and always has a solution. Even a vehicle change was possible without problems.
Worst service no customer care .I took car for 5 days and transferred 7 days rent so Salik money will be deducted from that .but they didn't return 2 days rent back and deduct salik from deposit.Asim told me deposit I'll get after 15 days but he returned after 1 month . 3 times contacted him always he said I'll respond u back but never happened. Fake reviews I think he took from friends
