Getting the car was very smooth. But organizing the pick up was very painful. The whatsapp consultant was not responsive at all so I called to organize the pickup and they said they will come any time before 5pm which is super uncomfortable as i will not be home all day waiting for them to come pick it up. Will probably just leave keys at reception. If you want anything done i would recommend to call. Also return of deposit is supposed to be 1 month that is very long

In my honest view, they’re super reliable. I booked a car for my parents visiting Dubai. They needed comfort, so we got a Nissan Xterra. Delivery was right on time. Car was spotless, ran perfect, and best of all, security was refunded early. Huge thumbs up from us! 👍

Been using Amex Rental Cars for a year on repetitive 3 monthly contracts. No fuss, great value and prompt service - if the car requires changing and/or servicing it’s addressed quickly. Had a “no fault” accident and once the Police Report was filed the car was exchanged immediately with no questions asked. Great service.
