Poor service quality. This is a reseller and when you'll have a problems they will not help. I asked a car at 10.00 and nothing, only at 11.10 they answered that car is broken. At the end gave me another car at 12.00, different model that I didn't want to rent at the beginning. Asked passport again (but why did I upload it on the website??). We've lost 2 hours and all our plans were broken. Car was not clean, this is not a premium service.
Great and professional experience. I highly recommended this service. Booking process, communication and product are very good. They even have cars without a deposit on offer.
I called them at midnight! Delivered me a brand new car with 24 kms only! Super responsive and dependable. Strongly recommend using their services! Can deliver car anywhere too ! And pick up anywhere!
