I’ve rented cars multiple times when visiting Dubai and have usually had good experiences, but unfortunately, this time was quite disappointing. I rented a BMW X6 for six days, but the car arrived in poor condition. It wasn't clean on the inside—I found long hair throughout the cabin—and the AC fan wasn’t working properly. The car also didn’t drive well; it felt off mechanically, and I suspect there may have been an issue with the spark plugs or something similar. I tried to give it a chance and drove it for a day, but I genuinely didn’t feel safe continuing to use it. When I reached out to the sales team to explain the issues, their response was disheartening. I was told I could return the car for a partial refund—essentially being charged for the day I used it—but there was no real effort made to resolve the situation or offer a proper replacement. Given that I was in Dubai for work with a tightly packed schedule, I didn’t have time to deal with the back-and-forth. I was simply hoping for a safe, reliable car for my stay, and instead ended up with added stress. The lack of customer support and willingness to help left me very disappointed. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be renting from this company again.

Fantastic service from Renty.ae - hired a ford Mustang was absolutely amazing - excellent service by Isaac who delivered and picked up the car. They were straight up with all previous damage. No deposit. Had lots of fund driving for 2 days. Pick up was on time and the was no issues. Just had to pay salik charges by card which is standard. Excellent service guys will definitely use again!
