Hi Rimova! I don’t understand why your after-sales team destroyed my luggage from the inside after the handle repair was done outside. I haven’t checked it previously because I rely on your brand's exclusivity and high-end luxury services. Everything is supposed to be done perfectly. It seems like your employees don’t care about brand reputation and high standards. By the way, I paid for repayment. It’s not a warranty case.

Very disappointed with this “luxury” brand. Bought and used a cabin bag in Nov 2019. Handle piece attached to body cracked. Staff insisted no warranty and no repair can be done. Extremely poor quality of bags that do not last. Avoid purchasing. They have just lost another customer.
