I have to give 4 stars as we were left waiting at the hotel on the booked day and time. Even had the date and time confirmed in an email the day before. After many calls to the office I finally got through to someone who apologised but gave no explanation and refused to give a refund. We were booked on the excursion the next day and we were told we would be compensated and given VIP experience. Well that didn’t happen either; but our driver that did show up was amazing. Fully engaging. Explained everything and made us feel very welcome. The food, entertainment and activities were fab. Just be prepared to dig deep in your pockets as everything is extra. The quad bikes cost me 400AED to upgrade and all the head gear etc cost me 600AED (3x adults). Henna which my wife wanted was 50AED, but beautiful and well worth it as we had never experienced anything that before. Such a wonderful culture. The buffet food is not extra and we were supplied cold water throughout the trip by our guide and cans of coke were placed on our table at dinner. The buffet is amazing I have to admit and the entertainment on stage was great. 4 stars as the guide redeemed their reputation.

I recently went on a desert safari with Royal Adventure, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we were picked up, the ride was smooth and comfortable. Our driver was friendly and professional, giving us lots of interesting facts about the desert. The dune bashing was the highlight—so much fun! We felt safe the entire time, and the adrenaline rush was incredible. The camel ride was a nice, relaxing change of pace, and the sunset over the dunes was just breathtaking. We also enjoyed the traditional desert camp, where we had a delicious BBQ dinner and watched a captivating belly dancing performance. The staff went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time. I highly recommend this desert safari to anyone visiting the area. It was totally worth the money, and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Our experience with the Royal Adventure desert safari was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The tour itself was well-organized and our tour guide “Jani” was knowledgeable and entertaining person. Jani you did a beter job than we expected. The desert landscape was breathtaking and the activities, such as dune bashing and camel riding, were exhilarating. The dinner and entertainment were top-notch, making for a perfect end to a perfect day. Thank you for providing such a memorable and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an adventure in the desert. Cheers 🥂

One of the best and most memorable trips because Ajmal was excellent at every moment and ensured we had a great time and were comfortable at all times.
