First of all, Superior Car Rental, in my opinion, is the best car rental company in Dubai and its vehicles are very clean and have the latest models in its fleet. As for the employees, they are very professional and very polite and always do their job very well with your options for customer satisfaction. And their employees know English very well. I rented a GMC Yukon Denali. I handled all the transactions very easily via Whatsapp. I sent the necessary documents to the very respectable Mr. Selim via Whatsapp and the transactions were completed very quickly. And the next day, Mr. Selim brought the car to the hotel at the exact time I had stated. After a short signature process, I received the car from Mr. Selim. And Mr. Selim is a Superior Car Rental employee who does his job well and loves it, and by the way, he gave me very valuable information about the traffic rules and speed limits in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I regularly rent luxury cars for recreation in Dubai, and Superior Car Rental is by far the best office I have rented from. Their customer service is immaculate, they reply promptly and are very clear and detail oriented, they even gave me free extra 50KM! Also, their selection of cars is excellent. I rented 2 cars from them: BMW M4 Competition and Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet, both cars arrived clean, with a full tank of gas. It’s safe to say I will be renting from them again!
