I got my first ever Holy Land trip with superjet. I am a resident in Dubai and I can say that they have a good service. Very professional specially the staff. They guided me from the day I book with them and they even sent a staff that will assist us in Holy Land. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thanks Superjet

I called for details they never called back until a month later. They said they called, but my phone never showed missed calls I then spoke to the agent. Who knew nothing. I said I was Cuban American he said Cubans are allowed in Israel. HELLO! AMERICAN I AM AMERICAN...ANYWAY TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION HE SAID HE WOULD SEND TO MY EMAIL 3 WEEKS LATER I AM STILL WAITING. THIS COMPANY IS VERY BIASED AND ONLY WORKS WITH CERTAIN NATIONALITIES DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I MADE A CONNECTION IN JERUSALEM FOR TOURS AND THEY WORK WITH EVERYONE. YOU ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS

Superjet tours is very accommodating when it comes answering our inquiries . They even give us a warm greetingup on the arri al in the airport just wow !! The tours and the service we had is all worth the money so if u need trusted travel agency in dubai i recommend them
