I called for details they never called back until a month later. They said they called, but my phone never showed missed calls I then spoke to the agent. Who knew nothing. I said I was Cuban American he said Cubans are allowed in Israel. HELLO! AMERICAN I AM AMERICAN...ANYWAY TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION HE SAID HE WOULD SEND TO MY EMAIL 3 WEEKS LATER I AM STILL WAITING. THIS COMPANY IS VERY BIASED AND ONLY WORKS WITH CERTAIN NATIONALITIES DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I MADE A CONNECTION IN JERUSALEM FOR TOURS AND THEY WORK WITH EVERYONE. YOU ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS
