Beautiful hotel in downtown and really attentive and professional staff. Nice breakfast (including a bag to go for our early flight) and very peaceful pool area. Very comfortable bed. Thanks to Jeffrey at the front door for giving us a friendly send off.

The location is great. It used to be a great hotel .. a typical example of how hotel management makes a difference. Service was horrible, wrong orders, and not serving at once ... for a simple order of coffee and pastry .. aside from not having a menu .. asking for the menu, the reply was we have coffee and if you want something else ask and we'll advise if it's available. What a shame for what once was a nice warm hotel became!! The GRAND moment was presenting us with the bill to pay before serving the actual order.!!

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything. The staff were extremely polite and professional. Highly recommended

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I specifically booked a king-size bed room, but upon arrival, I was given a twin bed room instead. To make matters worse, I had booked and paid for an extra night in advance, and even called the hotel to inform them that I would be arriving early in the morning to ensure my room would be ready for early check-in — yet when I arrived, the room was not available as promised. The front desk staff showed little concern or effort to resolve the situation. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially considering the planning and extra payment involved. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and professional experience.
