The Meditation Space DMCC

Did their six day ( 75 minutes a session) meditation foundation course which they hold once a month and it’s free! You must attend all 6 sessions ( 3 consecutive evenings a week from 7-8.15pm Mon, Tue, Wed over two weeks). This is in the form of a led presentation with opportunity to ask questions and discuss. It covers the background, philosophy and purpose of meditation. I found it very useful and enlightening. The session leader; Udayan was excellent and is full of interesting stories and anecdotes. NB: The Meditation Space is on the 21st floor of the building as I had some trouble finding it at first! The place is quite small but perfect for the lecture sessions. They also have a lovely calming meditation space that has a daily guided meditation session at 6.30pm ( check their site for accurate details). A very welcome addition and peaceful refuge from the hectic pace of Dubai

It is a great go-to place for self-reflection and learning a unique form of meditation. The silence room is full of positive vibes, really refreshing if you're looking for peace of mind and clarity.
