Reliable & Clean The bus was in great condition and very clean. The driver arrived ahead of schedule and got us to our destination on time. Most importantly we arrived there and back safely in a very comfortable bus. Everything was excellent! Ali was always on time and attentive! He made sure that we always had bottled water!The tour guides were friendly and informative. We learned a lot about Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The sales team and transport coordinator were also amazing! They made sure that we were accommodated even after the rains. We rescheduled and everything flowed seamlessly into place! Definitely will use again and again!!!

At first I was a little hasty to book from the UK and pay a large deposit from the UK. I asked on WhatsApp in advance all the questions I had and sought clarification to my satisfaction. Due to covid and the rules in Dubai at the time, I had to book a 52 seat coach to accommodate 26 (one family) passengers which was fair enough. I asked to see the pic of the actual coach as I was happy to pay extra for a top of the range luxury coach with working air conditioning etc as you can never be too sure what you might end up with. I was assured that the driver will await my arrival at the airport with a board with my name on it on arrival. When we arrived after all the drama of the covid-19 tests etc. We actually got out 2 hours after the predicted time. The driver whatsapp called me as I was able to log onto the Dubai Airport free WiFi. The driver waited patiently and was not pushy or rude in any way as I thought he might kick off for being late which is beyond our control. As soon as I met up with him inside the terminal he had requested the full outstanding amount before I had seen the coach or even left the building. So I was a little dubious over it but had no other choice. Fortunately he did return few minutes later and walked us out the building to 1 minute across the road where he'd got the coach parked up. Then a sigh of relief. As compared to the WhatsApp picture of the luxury tinted lit up with LED coach was the actual one. However the person that me us inside the terminal was not the driver of the coach as I had actually thought. He was just the middle man that took the bulk of the cash and paid a fifth of the cash to the actual driver. They both did take charge to load all our luggages in the luggage compartment and we were allowed to board the coach using the front and middle doors which was convenient in the heat.
