We should do better. Despite a few kind individuals, the overall experience was frustrating and disheartening. The online appointment system was down for days, and now shows no availability through the end of the year—yet no one will acknowledge there’s a problem. I called 13 times, only to get generic responses from overseas call centers. I stood outside in the heat, returned multiple times, and kept hearing the same scripted answers from guards and staff. Emails are automated, calls go in circles—it’s an exhausting, broken system. Accountability is long overdue. Public service must mean more than this.
Parking is a challenge. The timings are strict, but this helps with scheduled appointments and overcrowding. Security is anal; so, only bring essentials with you and avoid bringing any devices whenever possible. Once in, relax, as staff is usually friendly, helpful; but also thorough and professional. There's no rush when handling your documents.
Unprofessional staffs, they think they’re special! They don’t do interviews properly, throw documents instead of handing them to you properly. I literally saw an old man being questioned unprofessionally and in a rude way. Terrible!
