I had very nice experience with this company! I rent Bentley gt continental and I was more than happy to drive this car! And also service is very good! Person bring a car for me and then take it back, is very comfortable! I really recommend this company if you need a nice car!

It was a good experience overall. Delivery and pickup service was in good time manner. The car was nice and clean. Dinnesh provided me with good service, explained me everything I needed to know. Second time using this company, so far so good. First time I had no problem with deposit, will see how it's going to be this time. Thank you, guys!

Awful! From the beginning to the end. At first I want to warn everybody about this company, service which they give is one of the worst which I have experienced. I have contacted them few days before arrival via WhatsApp and ask about the car, I gave them my budget and they gave me few options to choose from. I have chosen 911 Targa for 3 days. On place they contacted me earlier they are going to drop off me a car at my hotel, guy arrived by Mercedes sl200 not 911 Targra, I told him I have ordered 911 Targa and no one inform me about any changes, guy called to someone and told me that 911 have some issue and they have for me only sl200 but in very good price, I was quite upset about this situation because they no did not inform me about it earlier. He take the deposit from my credit card (1500aed) and full payment from my revolute (3600aed) and told me also that maybe tomorrow they can switch me the car for 911. I tried to ask guy about laws and driving culture parking etc. But he was in rush and answered my questions really short. They gave me price 1200aed for sl200, after taking car from guy I have checked my WhatsApp conversation and few days ago they also offered me sl200 for the same price so they didn't give me any discount or anything for inconvenience, I have contacted them with WhatsApp again and told them I quite upset about this situation and I asked about switching the car on the next day, firstly the lady said this is impossible, after few hours she changed mind and told me they can switch the car for 911 cabrio at next day that was fine for me. I asked about time of switching she told me around noon I told her I will be at hotel till 1.30pm because later I'm leaving for desert trip, she said that's ok. Next day another guy have contacted me around 12.30 p.m. that he have car for me to switch and he is on his way, I told him I have time only till 1.30p.m. he said it is ok, I will be soon, at 1.15p.m. I texted him again where is he? I have got the same ...
